Nautilus CCS

North Europe CO2 Liquefaction
Transport and Storage project

What is the project?

Nautilus CCS aims at implementing an open access network of COexport Hubs located in major French and German industrial basins, connected via shipping to a variety of CO2 storage sites in development in the North Sea.

Shipping solution is a flexible solution accommodating a progressive ramp-upover time and resilience over destination of CO2.

Aligned with the objectives of the North Sea Basin Task Force strategic regional plan (Denmark, Flanders, FranceGermany, Netherlands, Norway, United Kingdom).

Nautilus CCS is a Project of Mutual Interest in the first list of PCIs and PMIs based on the revised TEN-E Regulation, under the Priority Thematic Area “Cross-border carbon dioxide network".
